Lets&#8217; have some fun! <\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/pt9tfiB-VyI\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Pan seared Grouper with mango salsa<br \/>\n4 grouper filets<br \/>\n2 tablespoon old bay seasoning<br \/>\n2 teaspoon sea salt<br \/>\n1 cup milk<br \/>\n1 cup flour<br \/>\n2 tablespoon olive oil<br \/>\n1 tablespoon butter<br \/>\nSeason the fish with 1 tablespoons old bay and 1 teaspoon sea salt pour milk over and let it soak for 15 minutes.<br \/>\nIn a separate bowl add remaining old bay and sea salt to the flour.  Coat the fish with the season flour well and shake excess flour.<br \/>\nIn frying pan on medium high heat add olive oil and butter make sure the oil and butter is hot enough before adding your grouper filets.  Cook for 4 to 5 minutes and flip the fish and cook an additional 4 minutes until golden in color.<br \/>\nTop with mango salsa for a light and refreshing way to eat your grouper!
