Fill each shell with \u00bd teaspoon of stuffing top with \u00bc teaspoon cranberry sauce and with 1 piece of cheese.  Place on the very top oven rack and broil 2 to 3 minutes just until the cheese has started to melt.  Remove from oven and sprinkle each mini bites with walnuts.
