{"id":343,"date":"2013-04-28T11:50:21","date_gmt":"2013-04-28T11:50:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/offthehookontheplate.com\/?p=343"},"modified":"2013-04-28T11:50:21","modified_gmt":"2013-04-28T11:50:21","slug":"fishing-adventures-that-are-sure-to-end-with-an-off-the-hook-recipe-11","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/offthehookontheplate.com\/?p=343","title":{"rendered":"Fishing adventures that are sure to end with an Off the Hook recipe!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/btnJOM0L58k\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\nCrab stuffed Grouper<br \/>\nYou can use any white think filets of fish for this recipe like haddock or cod!<br \/>\n1 lb grouper filet (cut in 4 pieces)<br \/>\n6 oz can of crab meat (well drained)<br \/>\n2 oz cream cheese softened<br \/>\n2 green onions chopped fine<br \/>\n1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice<br \/>\n1 cup flour<br \/>\n1 teaspoon old bay seasoning<br \/>\nA pinch of sea salt and pepper<br \/>\n2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil<br \/>\n1 tablespoon butter<br \/>\nIn bowl mix flour, old bay seasoning, salt &#038; pepper mix well set aside.<br \/>\nIn a separate bowl add crab meat, cream cheese, onions and lemon juice mix until well incorporated.<br \/>\nTake a sharp knife and slice a pocket in each piece of fish and stuffed with two tablespoons do not over fill.  Press pocket shut.  Next coat fish with flour on both sides.<br \/>\nIn a frying pan on medium high heat melt butter with oil make sure it\u2019s really hot when you add your fish.  Cook fish 5 minutes on each side.  Serve with your favorite saut\u00e9 vegetable!
