{"id":320,"date":"2013-04-07T12:30:07","date_gmt":"2013-04-07T12:30:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/offthehookontheplate.com\/?p=320"},"modified":"2013-04-07T12:30:07","modified_gmt":"2013-04-07T12:30:07","slug":"fishing-adventures-that-are-sure-to-end-with-an-off-the-hook-recipe-9","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/offthehookontheplate.com\/?p=320","title":{"rendered":"Fishing Adventures that are sure to end with an Off the Hook recipe!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/igKhiPreDOk\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\nFish Florentine<br \/>\n4 (5oz) pieces of white firm fish (I used grouper)<br \/>\n4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil<br \/>\n2 tablespoons butter<br \/>\n1 \u00bd cup red bell pepper chopped<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic minced<br \/>\n1 (9 oz.) bag flat leaf spinach<br \/>\n2 ounces cream cheese<br \/>\n\u00bc cup half &#038; half<br \/>\n\u00bc cup parmesan cheese<br \/>\nSea salt &#038; cracked black pepper<br \/>\nOn stove top on medium heat in a large frying pan add 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter, red bell pepper and garlic and cook for about 4 minutes.  Add spinach season with  a pinch of sea salt and pepper  mix until all of the spinach have wilted down  add cream cheese, half &#038; half and parmesan cheese mix well until cream cheese is melted and your spinach is now more like a cream spinach.<br \/>\nIn a separate frying pan on medium high heat, add remaining oil and butter.  Season fish on both side with sea salt and pepper and place in hot pan.  Cook 6 minutes on first side and flip fish over and cook other side an additional 5 minutes.<br \/>\nPlace spinach mixture on the bottom of a plate and top with piece of fish, drizzle with any remaining sauce.
