{"id":184,"date":"2012-07-15T11:56:43","date_gmt":"2012-07-15T11:56:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/offthehookontheplate.com\/?p=184"},"modified":"2012-07-15T11:56:43","modified_gmt":"2012-07-15T11:56:43","slug":"fishing-adventures-that-are-sure-to-end-with-off-the-hook-recipes-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/offthehookontheplate.com\/?p=184","title":{"rendered":"Fishing adventures that are sure to end with off the hook recipes!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/grXizuD1uaw\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\nGrouper Shish Kabobs<br \/>\n 1 lb grouper<br \/>\n1 red bell pepper<br \/>\n\u00bc fresh pineapples<br \/>\n4 wet skewers<br \/>\nMarinade<br \/>\n1 orange juiced<br \/>\n1 lemon juiced<br \/>\n1 lime juiced<br \/>\n\u00bc cup extra virgin olive oil<br \/>\n2 tablespoon fresh basil chopped fine<br \/>\nPinch sea salt &#038; crack black pepper<br \/>\nIn a small bowl add orange juice, lemon juice and lime juice.   Add olive oil, basil, salt &#038; pepper whisk together well and set aside.<br \/>\nCut grouper, pepper and pineapple (each in 12 pieces).   Skew each shish Kabob by starting with red pepper then pineapple and follow with a piece of grouper repeat this order three times per skewer making 4 shish Kabob and place in a deep dish.  Pour marinade over shish Kabob and let them marinate 20 minutes and turning those ones after 10 minutes to get them coated well.<br \/>\nPreheat grill on medium heat.   Cook kabobs 5 minutes brush with marinade and then turn and cook with lid close an additional 5 minutes.  Keep in mind that the cooking time may vary by an additional 3 to 4 minutes.  Serve immediately!
