Webisode #8"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/LeHO5d13N28\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\nGrouper cacciatore<br \/>\n1 lb grouper (cut in 4 oz pieces)<br \/>\n1 tablespoon Lemon pepper seasoning<br \/>\n3 tablespoon olive oil<br \/>\n1 small onion chopped<br \/>\n2 gloves garlic fine chopped<br \/>\n1 red bell pepper chopped<br \/>\n1 cup mushroom chopped<br \/>\n\u00bd cup white wine<br \/>\n1 can of basil crushed tomatoes<br \/>\n\u00bd cup chicken broth<br \/>\n2 tablespoons fresh basil chopped<br \/>\n\u00bd cup green olives<br \/>\n\u00bc teaspoon black pepper<br \/>\n2 tablespoon lime juice<br \/>\n\u00bd lb angle hair multigrain pasta<br \/>\n\u00bc cup parmesan cheese grated<br \/>\nSeason both sides of fish with the lemon pepper seasoning.  On medium high heat in a saut\u00e9 pan heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and pan seared grouper 2 minutes on each side remove from pan and set aside.
