<\/a><\/p>\n1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
\n3 slices thick cut hardwood smoke bacon diced small
\n2 little purple potatoes cut in half
\n2 little Yukon gold potatoes cut in half
\n2 little red potatoes cut in half
\n6 large prawns peeled and deveined
\n1 tablespoon Italian parsley chopped fine
\nSauce-
\n1\/3 cup Saucy Mama Tarragon Lemon Mustard
\n13 cup heavy whipping cream
\n\u00bc cup dry white wine
\nPinch salt
\nIn a skillet on stove top on medium high heat add oil and diced bacon cook until bits of bacon are crispy remove and place on paper towel. To the bacon grease add potatoes cook 6 minutes on each sides add prawns to the potatoes and cook until they turn pink on both side turning them ones.
\nOn medium heat in a small sauce pan add sauce ingredient and whisk just until it is heated through.
\nIn two shallow bowls pour equal amount of sauce top the sauce in each bowls with 3 prawns and a potato of each kind sprinkle with half the bacon bits and parsley in each bowls.<\/p>\n
