Colby jack cheese shredded<br \/>\n1 cup French fried onions<br \/>\n\u00bd cup sour cream<br \/>\nPreheat oven 375 degrees.  Coat a baking casserole with non-stick cooking spray set aside.<br \/>\nBoil the potatoes in salted water until fork tender drain well add 2 tablespoons of the green chiles and \u00bd cup sour cream.  With a potatoes smasher roughly mash the potatoes they will be a little bit chunky.  Set aside.<br \/>\nIn a non-stick saut\u00e9 pan add oil and onions saut\u00e9 until the onions are tender.  Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink while breaking the meat apart with a spatula. Add to the beef, tomato sauce, black beans; corn the remaining chilies and \u00bc cup cilantro. Mix well.<br \/>\nPour meat mixture at the bottom of the casserole dish top with potatoes and sprinkle with the cheese.
