  1. Yummy! I love fish tacos, my FAVORITE kind of food! I want to try this slaw on my next ones I make because it sounds really awesome! Home run again Josee! 🙂

  2. Hi Josee!

You have inspired me to become a “cook!”

I am the oldest of five with three younger sisters who loved cooking.
As a result, I was usually relegated to just using the grill AND was assigned washing dishes.

Now, I am the BEST dishwasher you will ever find.
Our automatic dish washer is rarely used.

Anyway, I love fishing and dining on seafood, so your utube videos are just great.

First prepared the triggerfish/lemon herb sauce recipe and then the cranberry apple slaw with some fish tacos. Just great!!

My wife is astounded that I actually have some “talent.”

BTW…I notice that you have a French Canadian background, an Italian last name AND a knack for some POLISH recipes (Pierogi’s.) My mother’s side of the family is Polish so those recipes are appreciated as well.

I’ve always wondered what some Polish Galompki’s would taste like with a fish/seafood variation. (Hint!!)

    Many thanks for the inspiration!!

From your wife’s reaction she is impress that is awesome!! Keep cooking and keep trying some of my fish recipes we should eat fish 3 times a week or at least twice 🙂
I’m French Canadian so I can make a mean Tourtiere and I learned how to fish in Canada’s rivers fresh trout! ha ha Pierogi’s and sausage are mine and hubby’s favorite and I have been thinking about a fish/seafood pierogi dish and I will share and post! I have another blog “Let’s get cooking with Josee” there I share a varieties of dishing including Italian dishes but I’m slowly implementing those on “Off the Hook on the Plate. 🙂
