  3. Hi Josee!

You have inspired me to become a “cook!”
    LOL

I am the oldest of five with three younger sisters who loved cooking.
As a result, I was usually relegated to just using the grill AND was assigned washing dishes.

Now, I am the BEST dishwasher you will ever find.
Our automatic dish washer is rarely used.

Anyway, I love fishing and dining on seafood, so your utube videos are just great.

First prepared the triggerfish/lemon herb sauce recipe and then the cranberry apple slaw with some fish tacos. Just great!!

My wife is astounded that I actually have some “talent.”

BTW…I notice that you have a French Canadian background, an Italian last name AND a knack for some POLISH recipes (Pierogi’s.) My mother’s side of the family is Polish so those recipes are appreciated as well.

I’ve always wondered what some Polish Galompki’s would taste like with a fish/seafood variation. (Hint!!)

    Many thanks for the inspiration!!
